Talents & Careers created and maintains this website and all the content therein. Please read these terms before taking the course and using the site. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site and of the Contents Talents & Careers provides expert information, templates and coaching questions in their courses. Participants to our programs are not allowed to copy, distribute or sell any content that is protected by Talents&Careers copyright. Downloadable materials are for their personal use.
2. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
When you sign in on our website or enroll as a participant or subscriber to our courses, we collect the basic personal information you give us, such as your name and email address. We use your name, surname and email address to be able to support you if needed and issue your certificate of completion.
Occasionally, Talents & Careers sends to the users information about new courses, features and special offers, quick polls to capture feedback in view of enhancing the user experience. You will be able to opt out of these emails at any time.
3. How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to become a learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in the course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for these specific reasons only.
4. How do I withdraw my consent?

4. Thinkific (hosting platform)
Our courses and website are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our product and services to you.
Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
5. Payment:
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Talents & Careers do not track third party services. When you click on links on our website or in our contents that direct you away from our site, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
7. Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

If you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, you can do so by editing your user profile.
10. Certicates
Certificates are issued automatically by the system at the end of the course, when all the lessons have been completed, and will use the name and surname you entered at sign in.
